Glass Half Full Tavern

Great MONDAY MORNING to YOU CTOWN…you know I love YA’ BIG CITY…how are YOU FRIEND?  We need to talk…

Cavaliers' Daniel Gibson and Anderson Varejao

There are DEFINING moments in History, in people’s lives and in Sports!  At times, moments come in games OR at a time in the season!  SADLY for the Cavaliers, their moment was 12/2/10 as the Heat ran roughshod over them.  The team GAVE UP!  They went into the fetal position and folded, did not fight!  After that game they lost to three teams they at least appeared to to be better than, at least in the won-lost column – T’wolves, Pistons and 76’ers!  YES, their season is over!  Trade them all except Andy and Boobie.  I DEPLORE losing but guess what, that is what they are doing NOW!  I will say that this TEAM IS AS BAD AS THE 1970 expansion team!!

Sadly for the Browns, a DEFINING moment came at 10:11 of the 1st quarter yesterday as Phil Dawson trotted out to kick a field goal on 4th and goal from the 1!  The BILLS knew they had turned the tide of the game at that point, and that was all they needed!  WITHOUT SAYING A WORD the Browns coaches told Peyton Hillis he could not get the yard, they told Jake he could not run play action to Watson and they told the Bills “this is YOUR GAME!”  Sad, so sad.

I look forward to seeing and meeting YOU today (12/13) at NISSAN OF NORTH OLMSTED, 28500 Lorain Rd from n-2p for LUNCH WITH MUNCH!  What is up with that?
